What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, PayPal, bank transfers, and flexible financing via ShopPay. All payments must be made in full before shipping.
Do you offer payment plans?
Yes, we offer payment plans on select high-value morphs. Please check out our Financing page for details.
Shipping & Delivery
Do you ship ball pythons?
Absolutely! All snakes are shipped overnight via FedEx Priority to ensure safe, fast delivery. We use insulated packaging, heat or cool packs when needed, and follow industry best practices for live reptile shipping. For the safety of our animals we ship out on Tuesdays for Wednesday arrival to your local FedEx hub. We DO NOT ship directly to your home.
Do you ship everywhere?
We ship to the continental United States.
Can I have my ball python shipped to my home?
For safety, most shipments are held for pickup at your local FedEx Ship Center. This ensures your snake isn’t left on a porch or delivery truck for extended periods.
Guarantees & Policies
Do you offer a live arrival guarantee?
Yes. All shipments are backed by our 100% live arrival guarantee. Someone must be available to accept the package on the first delivery attempt, or at the FedEx Hub within 2 hours of arrival.
Do you guarantee genetics?
At Diablo Exotic Pythons, we take great pride in accurately identifying the genetics of every animal we produce. Each snake’s pairing and lineage are carefully tracked, and where possible, we utilize genetic testing to confirm specific traits.
However, due to the complexity of certain morph combinations and the visual similarities between some genes, we acknowledge that genetic identification is not always 100% certain—especially with multi-gene animals.
Buyers are encouraged to conduct their own research and due diligence regarding the genetics of an animal before purchase. By completing a transaction, the buyer acknowledges and accepts that identification of traits is based on our best judgment and experience.
Our goal is complete transparency and customer satisfaction while maintaining the highest standards in ethical breeding and accurate representation.
What about health guarantees?
All snakes are guaranteed healthy and feeding before shipping. If you experience any issues within 7 days of arrival, contact us immediately for assistance.

Are ball pythons good beginner snakes?
Absolutely! Ball pythons are one of the most recommended pet snakes because of their calm temperament, manageable size, and ease of care.
What size do ball pythons grow to?
Most ball pythons grow to 3–5 feet as adults, with females being larger than males.
How long do ball pythons live?
With proper care, a ball python life span can reach 20–30 years, making them a long-term companion.
What do ball pythons eat?
Ball pythons eat frozen-thawed or live rodents. Hatchlings typically start on hopper mice or rat pups, while adults eat small to medium rats.

New hatchlings are listed on our Latest Hatchlings page. You can reserve by completing checkout or contacting us directly for payment plans.
