Refund policy

At Diablo Exotic Pythons, the health and safety of our animals come first. Each ball python is carefully inspected, fed, and verified healthy before leaving our facility. Because these are live animals, once they leave our care, we can no longer guarantee their environment, handling, or conditions.


All Sales Are Final

All purchases are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations on live animals for any reason, including but not limited to changes of mind, preference, or incompatibility with existing pets.

Due to the sensitive nature of reptiles, we cannot risk the health or biosecurity of our collection by accepting any animal back once it has left our facility.


Refunds

We do not offer cash refunds under any circumstances. If an issue arises during shipping and the Live Arrival Guarantee applies, we may offer a replacement animal of equal value or a store credit, at our discretion.

Refunds are only considered if we are unable to provide the purchased animal and no suitable replacement is available.


Deposits & Payment Plans

All deposits and payments made toward animals or payment plans are non-refundable. Failure to complete payment within the agreed timeframe will result in forfeiture of the deposit and the animal being relisted for sale.


Buyer Responsibility

By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and accepts these terms. It is the buyer’s responsibility to review all care, shipping, and guarantee policies prior to purchase.
